Women’s Entrepreneur Day (WED) is a movement that continues to be active throughout the year in support of women entrepreneurs around the world. WED inspires women leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs to develop their start-ups, to stimulate the economic and social development of the communities in which they live.
Women’s Entrepreneur Day is celebrated in 144 countries and 110 universities and institutes around the world to support change and development for the 250 million girls who live in poverty.
In Bulgaria, “The Day of the Female Entrepreneur” was organized by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Bulgaria “Selena”, on the last days of November 2022 and held at the Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia. SBA Bulgaria, was there as proud sponsor of the event.
