Neutral Air Partner is pleased to congratulate Priscilla Bueno on her appointment as CEO of Craft, effective 1 October 2026.
An esteemed NAP member for many years, Craft has built a strong international presence through specialized products, close industry relationships and an entrepreneurial approach to logistics. Today, the company operates across eleven countries, connecting local market knowledge with global capabilities.
Priscilla’s appointment marks an important milestone in Craft’s nearly 30-year journey. During her almost 21 years with the company, she has played an integral role in its evolution, progressing from operational responsibilities to the Board and, most recently, serving as Chief Transformation Officer.
Her contribution has extended across product development, international expansion, people development, technology, data, communications and education. She has also led the creation and transformation of products that now hold leading positions in their respective markets.
Many within the NAP community already know Priscilla through her participation in several OPENAP events, where she has shared her experience and insights as both a speaker and panelist. We are delighted to welcome her into this new role and congratulate her as a dynamic woman leader and respected logistics expert.
Priscilla succeeds Marcio Dias, who concludes his executive tenure after 13 years with Craft to pursue a new entrepreneurial venture. His leadership helped strengthen the company’s commercial culture, deepen important industry relationships and support its international expansion.
Working alongside Craft’s experienced executive leadership team, recently strengthened by the appointment of Lucas Baptista as Commercial Director, Priscilla will continue advancing the company’s strategy while keeping its relationships with customers, suppliers and partners at the heart of its development.
The entire Neutral Air Partner community congratulates Priscilla and wishes her, Lucas and the Craft team every success in this next chapter.
