QCargo Solutions is the official verification and compliance platform of the Neutral Air Partner ecosystem. The AI-powered platform was developed specifically for the air cargo logistics and freight forwarding industry, helping companies validate business partners, manage compliance obligations and reduce operational, regulatory and reputational risk.
The verification process provides members with an independent review of company legitimacy, compliance standing and operational credibility. Verified members also receive a QCargo Verified badge for their corporate communications and enhanced verified status on their NAP member profile.
NAP members have access to business partner screening through a centralised environment providing reports, alerts and internal collaboration capabilities. Optional services are also available for export trade control screening and HS code classification assistance.
Complimentary verification until the end of 2026
QCargo verification is required as part of NAP’s ongoing membership standards. Members that have not yet completed the process are encouraged to begin as soon as possible.
Verification remains available to NAP members free of charge until 31 December 2026. From 2027, the service will become chargeable.
Completing verification now allows members to benefit from complimentary verification, priority onboarding support and immediate use of their verified status across the NAP ecosystem.
