Where Pharma Logistics Gets Serious: NAP Joins the 2026 Pharma Logistics Masterclass

NAP Pharma and Pharma.Aero professionals attending the 2026 Pharma Logistics Masterclass in Frankfurt and Antwerp

Pharmaceutical logistics is not simply temperature-controlled transport with a more demanding label.

Behind every shipment sit product-integrity risks, regulatory requirements, patient consequences and a chain of partners that must perform without gaps. Building a credible pharma operation therefore requires more than equipment and certification. It requires knowledge.

Following the launch of NAP Pharma and its collaboration with Pharma.Aero, Neutral Air Partner will support and attend the Pharma Logistics Masterclass™ 2026, taking place from 14–17 September in Frankfurt and Antwerp.

Where business meets academia

Designed for strategy and executive-level professionals, the four-day programme brings together pharmaceutical manufacturers, academics, airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handlers and technology specialists.

Rather than approaching pharma logistics through theory alone, the Masterclass combines academic insight with real operational challenges through executive discussions, business cases, workshops, an immersive supply-chain simulation and visits to organizations including GSK, Pfizer, VirusBank and Vaccinopolis.

The programme begins at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences before moving to the University of Antwerp, connecting two important European logistics and academic centers in one cross-border learning experience. Topics will span geopolitical risk, resilient supply chains, procurement, artificial intelligence, clinical trials, digitalization and the future of life-science handling. (Pharma.Aero)

Building capability across NAP Pharma

For NAP members operating, or preparing to operate, in pharmaceutical and life-science logistics, the value lies in understanding what manufacturers genuinely expect from their logistics partners.

That means learning how to manage risk, protect product integrity, build compliant processes and coordinate every participant across the supply chain. It also means recognizing where technology can strengthen operations and where specialist human expertise remains essential.

The Masterclass supports the wider ambition behind NAP Pharma: to build a community based not merely on companies claiming pharma capabilities, but on verified knowledge, continuous learning and stronger cooperation across global healthcare supply chains.

The week will conclude with a Gala Dinner in Antwerp, followed by the Pharma.Aero 10th Anniversary Symposium in Brussels on 18 September, bringing together senior leaders to reflect on a decade of cross-industry collaboration and examine the next chapter of Life Science and MedTech logistics.
