CargoCrew has started running the first modules of CargoCrew OS, an internal commercial operating system built for air cargo sales and GSSA teams.
The company developed the system after finding that existing CRM, ERP and transport platforms were effective at recording agreed activity but less useful when a commercial desk needed to decide what to do next. CargoCrew OS brings demand, capacity, yield and station-performance information into one view so reviews can begin with the same facts.
The first modules are already in use on CargoCrew’s own desk and are being demonstrated to selected airline partners. For the NAP and NAV community, the work is a practical example of a member developing technology from inside a live cargo-sales operation and testing it against day-to-day commercial needs.
