Technology partner Awery Aviation Software has appointed Gianluca Marcangelo as Executive Vice President of Global Sales.
Marcangelo brings more than 25 years of international air cargo experience across airline sales, cargo operations and aviation technology. In his new role, he will support Awery’s global sales strategy as the company expands the use of its technology across airlines and other air cargo businesses.
The appointment adds operational air cargo knowledge to Awery’s commercial leadership at a time when airlines, GSSAs and forwarders are examining how better data and connected systems can reduce manual work. NAP welcomes Gianluca to the wider partner community and looks forward to his contribution to discussions around practical cargo technology.
