As part of an internal restructuring within the Aitken Spence Group, Clark Spence & Co. (Pvt) Ltd was consolidated into Aitken Spence Shipping Services Ltd with effect from 1 July 2026.
Aitken Spence Shipping Services Ltd is a member of Neutral Air Freight Associates (NAF), Neutral Air Partner’s global air freight forwarding network. Part of the renowned Aitken Spence Group, the company provides integrated air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, project logistics and supply chain solutions in Sri Lanka, supported by decades of maritime and logistics expertise and an extensive international agency network.
The consolidation was implemented to streamline operations, enhance service capabilities and provide customers and international business partners with a more integrated logistics offering. Freight forwarding activities previously conducted through Clark Spence & Co. — including carrier bookings, cargo coordination, documentation, invoicing, financial settlements, contracts and operational communications — are now administered through Aitken Spence Shipping Services Ltd.
The company confirmed that the restructuring does not affect the continuity of services, existing business relationships, operational commitments or commercial arrangements. All obligations relating to transactions concluded before the effective date continue to be honoured under the consolidated structure.
NAF and Neutral Air Partner members and partners are requested to ensure that their operational, commercial, financial and vendor records have been updated and that all future correspondence, bookings, invoices, account statements, contracts and operational communications are addressed to:
