During transport, several factors can change at the same time, including the factory pickup point, airline capacity and rates, and airport warehouse delivery schedules. This requires fast response times and strong coordination across all parties involved. OPTEC managed multiple rounds of communication with the airline to adjust capacity and flight plans, coordinated directly with ground handlers, and ultimately delivered the cargo to the airport warehouse ahead of the original schedule.
